She is extremely familiar with commercial sales and marketing, as well as a full coverage of enabling functions. Jenny graduated with a bachelor's degree in English & International Trade at Hunan Normal University. She's currently enrolled at ISC Paris in Fudan University to earn an EMBA Degree.

Jacob received his undergraduate degree from Beijing Normal University and his master's degree in Finance from Imperial College London. Prior to joining Morgan Philips, he held the positions of Functional Team Leader and Principle Principal Consultant at the world's leading executive search firm and its premium brands, respectively.
Jacob is also a DDI Certified Talent Assessment Specialist, an Executive Leadership Coach Leadership Advisory, an Independent Career Planner and Corporate Coach and independent career planning and corporate coach, as well as a mentor to college graduates. Jacob is currently the head of the Shenzhen office and has over 8 years of executive search experience, personally focusing on functional recruiting (HR/Finance/Legal/Marketing) and has successfully recruited CEOs, CHOs, CFOs, VPs of Human Resources, Legal Directors, General Counsel, VPs of Marketing, and other high profile roles for over 50 companies.
