Charles-Henri Dumon

As CEO and Founder of Morgan Philips Group, Charles-Henri oversees the talent solutions firm and all its businesses on a global scale. An entrepreneur at heart, Charles-Henri’s commitment to investing in the latest digital and data-led solutions, and disrupting conventional approaches to talent solutions, is what led him to launch Morgan Philips Group in 2013 alongside co-founders François and Pascal. Previously, he was at Michael Page for almost thirty years, where he operated as Managing Director – Continental Europe and the Americas, and was also a member of the board.

Francois Sallembien

Francois Sallembien

François is the CFO and Co-Founder of Morgan Philips Group, and is responsible for ensuring the commercial success of the firm and all its investments. With over 30 years of experience in the finance sector, François brings with him a wealth of knowledge across numerous industries and international markets. Previously, François was CFO – Continental Europe and the Americas at Michael Page for 18 years, and played a pivotal role in the international expansion of the firm.

Pascal Tour

Pascal Tour

As CIO and Co-Founder of Morgan Philips Group, Pascal is responsible for driving the organisation’s global investment in innovation and technology across all its businesses. Coming from a telecommunications engineering background, Pascal is a tech expert, and has played a crucial role in developing Morgan Philips Groups’ operations to ensure an optimal service for clients and candidates. Previously, he was the CIO - Continental Europe and the Americas at Michael Page for 13 years, where he managed complex IT infrastructure and business application projects across numerous international markets.

Alexis de Bretteville

Alexis de Bretteville

Alexis de Bretteville is Deputy CEO for Morgan Philips Group. He is responsible for the management and leadership of the firm’s operations in the UK, Europe (excluding France) and the Americas. Previously, Alexis was the CEO – Europe of Hudson Global Resources before its European recruitment and talent consulting businesses (excluding Benelux) were acquired by Morgan Philips Group in 2018. He also acted as CEO – the Americas for Michael Page, where he worked for almost 20 years and was part of the Executive Board.

Samuel Tamagnaud

Samuel Tamagnaud

As Deputy CEO and Co-Founder for Morgan Philips Group, Samuel manages the firms operations in France, Middle East & Africa and South-East Asia. Since joining Morgan Philips Group in 2013, he has played a crucial role in establishing and ensuring the success of Fyte and Morgan Philips Executive Search on an international stage. With over 25 years of experience in the recruitment and talent management sector, Samuel has operated in numerous senior leadership positions for a number of prominent search firms and has launched several successful businesses.
