In a Human Resources career spanning 32 years, Mike spent the formative years of his career with Unilever in South Africa, privileged to live and work through the tumultuous years of political and social change It was within the context of these experiences that he came to appreciate the true value of diversity, and the power of recognizing potential in people Coaching and developing the best in people became a natural way of being. Mike spent the next 15 years of his career working in the UK, in senior level HR roles for Unilever, Müller Dairy and Tetra Pak, where his work took him across Europe, largely engaged in transformational change management. He has been in Shanghai, China since 2015 with his most recent role as Executive Vice President HR for Jaguar Land Rover. At Morgan Philips Talent Consulting, Mike’s principal focus is in assessment and development centres, and in Executive Coaching helping successful leaders achieve positive, lasting change in their behavior, both for themselves and their teams. He furthermore provides training and facilitation in strategy and leadership development, enabling organisations and teams discover their purpose, direction, and transformational ways of working. In a professional career spanning nearly 30 years, Nicole spent her most recent years as Senior HR leader with Kira Pharmaceutical, CARsgen Therapeutics, USP and PAREXEL in the field of Life Sciences, as well as a variety of roles in training, digital and global shipping organizations in Shanghai, Taipei and Paris. With exposure to multiple sectors and organisations in critical business development and transformative stages, Nicole formed insightful perspectives and insights for organisational and people strategies. These insights enabled her to develop a natural way to identify and drive the best in people.
Nicole is passionate about exploring different cultures and interacting with diverse people. She enjoys realising potential in people, seeing people grow and achieve more than they ever believed possible.
